Makana in Hawaiian means Gift. This Suite is sold with the Necklace and Earrings.
24’’ In Length, 8 Strands 0f Purple Spiny Oyster Shell Heishi, Kingman Green Turquoise Heishi and Kingman Turquoise Nuggets, all strung in 8 strands cascading from Cast Pewter cone end caps, the findings are Sterling Silver bonded and 9.25 Sterling Silver, the Necklace is finished off with a Genuine Indian Head Nickle button clasp.
The Earrings are 2 1/2’’ long and done on 9.25 Concho Shepard’s Hooks with Kingman Green Turquoise Heishi, Amethyst 3mm faceted Gemstone beads and 9.25 Sterling Silver beads.
This Necklace was a true labor of love, it took hours and hours of picking each tiny Heishi up between my fingers and stringing them by color and with an order in mind. Not all the strands are the same length to give this Necklace a water fall look, the Organic look and feel of this Suite turned out amazing and textural. The end result was all worth it.
